At Bank Head Farm we have a herd of pedigree Highland Cattle. This is a slow maturing breed that produces full flavoured marbled meat. The cattle roam freely all year round outside on limestone grassland at 1000ft above sea level.
The beef is always hung for at least three weeks for the tenderness and flavour.
We can supply any quantity to anywhere in the UK through the website. If you can’t see what you are looking for, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.
Visitors are welcome to purchase meat from the farm direct.
We also have Cheviot Lamb which is a fell breed sheep which roams Orton fells. |
